CLT is less than 20 miles from the event area and offers extensive nonstop flight options.

Saturday evening meal is not provided.

Meals and scheduled group activities are included with your paid registration. However, Lighting Launch is purposely designed to be family-friendly, and we want to give you the opportunity to invite family and friends to join you during meals and fun activities. To support this, we are offering structured guest options below.

Resort Meal Package – $297.63 per Guest

Guests who would like to join you for catered meals at Great Wolf Lodge may purchase the Resort Meal Package.

All meals will be served in Fallen Timbers at the following times:

Breakfast – 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM (Thursday, Friday, Saturday)
Lunch – 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM (Thursday, Friday, Saturday)
Dinner – 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Friday)

This package includes all catered meals listed above.

Guest meal packages must be purchased in advance so we can confirm final counts with the resort. Please let us know if there are any dietary restrictions or food allergies.

Thursday Evening – Dinner & Fun at Topgolf Charlotte University

We’re rounding out the first day of training at Lighting Launch 2026 in style at Topgolf Charlotte University. We’ve reserved the Chairman’s Suite along with six private bays for an elevated evening of great food, fun competition, and high-energy connection.

From 6:00–9:00 PM, you’ll enjoy:

• Three full hours of gameplay
• A catered Backyard BBQ menu
• Private bays reserved for our group
• Live scoring and friendly competition
• Dedicated event hosts to keep things moving

This is your chance to relax, connect, and enjoy an experience designed just for our Lighting Launch community. Whether you’re competitive or just there for the food and conversation, the space is ours and the night is about celebrating the people in the room. (Casual attire)

Guest cost: $75 per person

We will charter a bus to and from Topgolf. Seating will be limited, so advance RSVP is required.

Friday Evening – Gameshow Battle (White Pine 2)

Friday evening is all about energy, laughter, and a little friendly rivalry.

After dinner, we will head over to White Pine 2 for a private Gameshow Battle Room experience beginning at 6:00 PM.

Get ready — because this isn’t just watching a show.
You’re in it.

The hosts will coordinate the entire experience. Play time begins when the first game starts.

We’ll divide into Red Team and Blue Team and compete in a fast-paced, interactive gameshow experience filled with trivia, challenges, and bragging rights. Expect big moments, lots of laughs, and a little healthy competition.

The Gameshow Battle experience is included for all attendees and their guests.

Saturday Afternoon – The Speedpark at Concord Mills

We will wrap up training around 2:00 PM on Saturday.

We understand that some attendees may have early flights, and others may prefer to enjoy the Great Wolf Lodge indoor water park and on-site activities. However, for those who would like to continue the fun, we’ve arranged a discounted group rate at The Speedpark at Concord Mills (approximately 2 miles from the resort).

The Speedpark features:

• Go-Karts (multiple tracks)
• 18-Hole Miniature Golf
• 110 ft. Fun Slide
• Bungee Jump
• 8-story Spider Climb

Unlimited Wristband: $34.99 per person

Transportation will not be provided for this activity.
